मामला सांपों के जहर से जुड़ा हुआ है| इस मामले में पहले भी एलविश यादव से अलग-अलग तरीके से पूछताछ हो चुकी है| इस मामले में एलविश यादव की गिरफ्तारी भी हुई थी और अब एक बार फिर एलविश यादव को ईडी ने अपने मुख्यालय बुलाकर पूछताछ की|
सूत्रों के मुताबिक एलविश यादव से ED ने कई मामलों में पूछताछ की है| जिसमें से RAVE पार्टी से लेकर सांपों के जहर सप्लाई और सांपों की कहां से होती थी सप्लाई| इसके अलावा भी और कई बातों पर ELVISH YADAV से पूछताछ की गई है|
जानकारी के मुताबिक एलविश यादव से 8 घंटे की लंबी पूछताछ में यह भी पूछा गया की रेव पार्टियों में सांपों का जहर कहां-कहां परोसा गया और कहां-कहां पर इस तरह की पार्टियों को ऑर्गेनाइज किया गया|
इसके अलावा एलविश यादव केसंपर्क में कौन-कौन लोग रहते हैं इस मामले से जुड़े हुए और एलविश यादव की तमाम संपत्तियों और उनकी लग्जरी गाड़ियां और एलविश यादव के बैंक खातों की जानकारी को भी लेकर पूछताछ की गई है|
ED OFFICIALS ने एलविश यादव के मोबाइल को भी मंगाया और मोबाइल के तमाम फुटेज उसमें मौजूद वीडियो और कांटेक्ट, व्हाट्सएप चैट को लेकर भी एलविश यादव से पूछताछ की गई है|

8 घंटे तक लगातार हुई पूछताछ के बाद एलविश यादव जब ED के ऑफिस से बाहर निकले तो वहां मौजूद मीडिया जो की सुबह से ही एलविश यादव के रिएक्शन के लिए वहां बैठा हुआ था उससे भी एल्विस यादव ने बदतमीजी की|
बहुत रूडली मीडिया से रूबरू हुए एलविश यादव, मीडिया अपना काम करती रही यानी कि उनसे सवाल पूछती रही लेकिन एलविश यादव ने किसी भी सवाल का जवाब नहीं दिया|
एलविश यादव जैसे ही ED के ऑफिस से बाहर निकले और रास्ते में नीचे उतारते हुए MEDIA उनसे लगातार पूछती रही लेकिन एलविश ने मीडिया से सीधे मुंह बात नहीं की| जब एक मीडिया कर्मी ने कहा कि हम यहां पर 8 घंटे से इंतजार कर रहे हैं ,उस पर एलविश यादव ने उसको यह कहा कि तुम्हारे पास टाइम बहुत है|
CAR में बैठने से पहले एलविश यादव ने एक बार फिर मीडिया से बदतमीजी से बात करते हुए कहा कि घर जाओ भूखे होंगे| यह सब बातें ELVISH ने बड़े ही रूड अंदाज में बोली| जिसमें उनका अहंकार साफ झलक रहा था|
